As a Commercial Analyst within Alfred H Knights Agriculture division you will play a key role in improving commercial visbility supporting strategic decision-making and strengthening execution across the commercial lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to join a growing global business line where you will across commercial operational and financial activities to help drive structured growth and improve performance. The role is suited to an individual who is analytical commercially minded proactive and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Commercial awareness: Strong commercial mindset with the ability to improve sales performance through structured analysis pipeline visibility and disciplined execution.
• Analytical capability: Strong ability to analyse trends risks and opportunities translating data and research into actionable commercial insight.
• Commercial reporting & modelling: Experience producing and maintaining sales pipeline including basic financial modelling such as pricing margin analysis and business case support.
• Commercial coordination: Comfortable working across sales finance and operational teams to coordinate bids proposals and commercial initiatives.
• Technical proficiency: Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  

Required Competencies

• Proactive Approach: A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and move initiatives forward.
• Detail-oriented: A focus on accuracy clarity and delivering logical decision-useful outputs.
• Communication & stakeholder management: confident communicator able to engage and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and regions.
  

Required Work Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a commercial analytical or finance-related role.
• Experience in data analysis and translating research into market intelligence is essential.
• Exposure to sales environments or commercial pipeline management is preferred.
  

Required Qualifications

• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting Economics Business or a similar field would be advantageous but not essential.
