Partner Enablement Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to join our clients EMEA Partner Organisation supporting hardware sales through the execution and operational excellence of their Partner Programme.
This role plays a critical part in enabling partners to accelerate sales performance strengthen readiness and deliver measurable business impact. By driving regional alignment and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders the Partner Enablement Manager ensures a seamless highquality partner experience across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daytoday execution of the Partner Programme across EMEA ensuring consistency and alignment with regional goals.
Create clear and easytouse resources to help internal teams understand and use partner programmes such as Opportunity Registration and Not for Resale (NFR).
Support partner business planning by creating templates coordinating approvals and managing related administration.
Lead onboarding for new partners and new partner employees including contract submission ramp activities and programme guidance.
Track and measure partner enablement activities including Planner Plus Quote Plus and webinars and follow up on adoption.
Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reports on partner activity and performance.
Work with regional leaders to track partner performance metrics and support datadriven decisions.
Skills & Experience
5 years of experience working with partner or channel programmes ideally in a hardware environment
Strong organisational and operational skills.
Ability to create simple clear documentation and processes.
Comfortable working with data reporting and performance metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
