Job Summary

What Youll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant
Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming requests tasks and logistics
Run professional and personal errands as needed
Occasionally travel with the CEO to attend events and meetings
Help coordinate meetings materials and basic scheduling needs
Maintain organization of documents supplies and office systems
Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks to support executive efficiency
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
