Knowledge of scientific approach and methodologies. Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise. Knowledge of scientific research principles practices and protocols. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design organize and coordinate scientific research projects. Ability to collect analyze and interpret data. Ability to develop and follow research methodology and protocol. Ability to comply with safety environmental and infections control standards and practices.
Responsibilities
- Plans coordinates and conducts scientific research requiring judgement in the independent evaluation selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard scientific techniques.
- Designs and performs experiments and data collection to ensure data integrity quality control and protocol compliance.
- Collects analyzes and interprets data; prepares statistical and narrative reports and/or graphs.
- Operates equipment and performs new research procedures.
