Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions and mobility limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Perform therapeutic exercises manual therapy techniques and functional mobility training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
Patient Population
- Orthopedic patients
Productivity Expectations
- Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
- Average patient volume: 1214 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Requirements
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
- Strong communication and patient care skills required
