Job Summary
About the role
两年期的培训期由经理安排对应的岗位进行培训和工作
2年培训生期间负责销售经理指定的工作如销售工程师应用工程师等
第三年正式定岗为销售工程师-自控按照正式销售工程师工作职责进行考核
定岗负责地区销售工作配合团队执行市场战略完成客户开发及业务增长计划为客户提供自控系统解决方案
Key Responsibilities:
培训生时期完成经理指定的轮岗岗位的工作培训和学习
培训生时期熟悉公司基本流程和服务业务的基本流程培养成为销售工程师的能力
定岗后负责区域内对应的BMS销售等业务
定岗后完成月度和年度交付确认的销售合同和销售确认
定岗后找出业务增长的机会并利用团队资源开发和执行业务增长计划
定岗后定期评估客户需求并向地区管理层推荐提高客户业务范围的改善建议
定岗后确保高职业道德意识和行为
Requirements
暖通制冷机械控制工程电子信息以及计算机工程等专业优先
熟练使用CAD软件英语六级
掌握Microsoft Office 技能
掌握良好的写作和口头技巧能以服务语言向组织内外各层进行有效沟通
良好的人际交往和销售技巧
