THE WORK:

As a Solution Architecture Senior Manager you will lead the design and delivery of advanced digital and engineering solutions that help clients modernize how they design build and operate products and systems. You will guide architecture strategy oversee build management excellence and ensure that solutions are engineered for scalability reliability and longterm value across complex enterprise environments.

Your work will span digital platforms connected systems automation and integrated engineering solutionsbringing together software data and operational technologies to accelerate transformation.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of custom software and platform solutions ensuring alignment with Industry X engineering and architectural standards.

• Define integration and implementation approaches across applications platforms and system components to ensure interoperability performance and maintainability.

• Translate complex business operational and system requirements into clear design specifications guiding engineering teams through delivery.

• Oversee and support application release and deployment activities into production environments ensuring stability quality and adherence to standards.

• Establish and enforce coding design and interface guidelines that support reliability security and longterm scalability.

• Serve as a trusted architecture advisor contributing to solution strategy technical decisionmaking and continuous improvement across programs.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholdersengineering operations product and technology teamsto ensure solutions meet realworld business and operational needs.

• Mentor architects and engineers fostering a culture of innovation engineering excellence and disciplined delivery.
  

What You Bring

• Strong architectural leadership with the ability to define solution direction guide technical teams and influence decisionmaking.

• Deep understanding of software design principles integration patterns and modern engineering practices.

• Ability to operate independently in complex environments while driving clarity structure and alignment across diverse teams.

• Expertise in Configuration & Release Management including deployment pipelines versioning strategies and release governance.

• Expertise in Design & Build Enablement including frameworks tooling and practices that accelerate highquality delivery.

• Experience with digital engineering connected systems automation platforms cloud architectures or enterprisescale transformation programs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business operational and executive stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
