Job Summary
Lead IT Business Analyst
Position Responsibilities:
Lead regional stakeholder engagement to align clinical operational and IT priorities into a single agreed delivery roadmap.
Drive end-to-end requirements management by converting business needs into clear testable epics/features/user stories with acceptance criteria.
Map and optimize clinical and operational workflows (AS-IS/TO-BE) to ensure safe efficient care processes across markets.
Define data reporting and interoperability requirements to enable integrated patient journeys across core systems and platforms.
Embed privacy security and regulatory needs into requirements to ensure compliance across different local market obligations.
Shape solution options with architects and engineers by assessing feasibility trade-offs and regional standardization vs local variation.
Enable delivery execution by maintaining a healthy backlog managing dependencies and supporting squads through refinement and scope control.
Lead UAT and go-live readiness by coordinating validation defect triage change impact training needs and hypercare planning.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of Business Analysis experience including leading BA activities across complex multi-stakeholder technology programs.
Strong requirements and process expertise including end-to-end discovery AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping user stories/acceptance criteria and traceability to support build and testing.
Experienced using business analysis tools and techniques
Ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels
Understanding of relevant software development methodologies.
Familiarity with enterprise-level systems and applications
Experience delivering in Agile/Hybrid environments with strong stakeholder management across regions and working knowledge of privacy/security/compliance expectations for health data.
Proven healthcare domain exposure (e.g. clinical/operational workflows patient journey EMR/EHR care pathways revenue cycle or health data/analytics).
