As Senior Marketing Ops Manager you will be the driving force behind building and optimizing our core marketing operations. Youll develop critical strategies that elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive operational excellence across the business. Youll be well versed in AI tooling and be highly solutions driven. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment thats looking for innovation this could be the role for you.



Key job responsibilities
Review and develop processes for Marketing management including implementation of AI solutions working alongside multiple partner teams.
Building new approaches and tooling to more effectively manage our workflows from scratch
Drive key strategic projects including strategic direction implementation plans stakeholder alignment and adoption.
Build workflows and mechanisms to ensure seamless ways of working across Marketing Management.
Track analyse and report results.
Unblock issues provide escalation management anticipate and make recommendations for trade-offs and meet delivery timelines.
Diving deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective scalable solutions with a focus on saving time for teams and providing easy access to critical information

Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience in operations management

- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience in B2B digital advertising and ad-tech products/services
