Responsibilities
Maintains and monitors all AN for Casino/Hotel
Support the A1 during shows events and productions serving as the A2
Assist with stage patching microphone setup RF packs battery swaps and cable management
Audio mix engineer for stage monitors
Act as the Event Tech Lead for assigned meetings and events with primary responsibility for technical setup event execution strike and ensuring all AV elements are fully prepared and operational
Lead event setup and strike for assigned meetings events and smaller productions
Use ticketing system to track and complete service requests
Serve as the audio engineer for audio recordings for casino projects
Assist with load-in setup strike and equipment storage while maintaining an orderly floor keeping key components together and ensuring a safe clean work environment
Provide real-time troubleshooting during events
Troubleshoot repair and assist with installation of casino AV equipment and systems
Support meeting rooms conference rooms bar events and smaller productions as needed
Maintain organized event-ready audio equipment and workspaces
Assist in maintaining AV systems across audio video and lighting
Serve as Duty Tech when assigned and respond to AV support calls
Work nights weekends and holidays as required
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Exceptional guest service skills required.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio and AV signal flow
Experience with microphones stage setup live event support and meeting/event production
Ability to troubleshoot AV equipment and systems
Strong organization communication and teamwork
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Familiarity with wireless microphones digital consoles recording or live production is preferred
Basic understanding of Smaart audio analysis
Basic understanding of Video over IP systems
Basic understanding of AV control systems
Must be able to obtain Dante Level 3 certification within one year of hire
Certificates Licenses Regulations Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/Ill gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication. The position requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of forcefrequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires repetitive movement daily with sedentary work occasional bending and crouching. There are no adverse conditions but employee is exposed to tobacco smoke on a regular basis. This is a 24 hour 7 days a week work operation.
