Job Title: Resale Supply Chain Manager

Reports To: Director of SIOP

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our resale operations. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes for sourced finished good products managing lead times supply and inventory effectively and profitably. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management inventory management and vendor management with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resale supply chain operations including sourcing logistics inventory management and distribution.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and availability of resale inventory.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create purchasing and inventory projections to integrate into the SIOP (Sales & Inventory Operations Planning).

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales product management and warehouse operations to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Technology and Innovation:

• Leverage technology and data analytics to identify trends forecast demand and streamline operations.
• Implement supply chain strategies within the SAP or OMP systems to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field (Masters preferred).
• 5 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on resale reverse logistics or sustainability.
• SAP OMP experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to manage complex supply chain networks and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using supply chain software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Certifications (Preferred):

• APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certifications.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
