Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): This role acts as a vital link in the Marketing and Communications ecosystem translating the Colleges core values into engaging digital content. Its primary purpose is to maintain a professional and innovative brand presence that resonates with current and prospective community members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Content Management: Execute full-cycle content updates across the St. Olaf website (WordPress) ensuring all pages adhere to institutional brand standards accessibility guidelines and SEO best practices.
Strategic Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison for AAA/AA staff providing professional WordPress support and coordinating updates to ensure departmental web presences are accurate and consistent.
Data Analytics & Insight: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook and Instagram; synthesize this data into actionable reports that inform future marketing strategies.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to ensure one voice across all digital touchpoints correcting inconsistencies and proactively suggesting improvements.
