Those in SAP finance at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications. You will analyse client requirements implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP finance applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise financial processes improve financial reporting and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure SAP systems and databases

Perform system upgrades and patches

Monitor and optimize system performance

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP environment

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth functioning of SAP applications

Provide technical guidance and support to end users

Create and maintain system documentation

Mandatory skill sets:

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field

Proven experience asaSAP Basis Consultant or similar role

In-depth knowledge of SAP system installation configuration and maintenance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

SAP certification is a plus

Preferred Skill sets:

SAP system installation and configuration

Database administration (e.g. Oracle SQL Server)

Performance tuning and optimization

Troubleshooting and problem resolution

System upgrades and patches

Documentation

Strong analytical skills
