Job Title: Power Apps Sr. Developer
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune India

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

6-9 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Development (Primary Focus)

Build new Power Apps (primarily canvas apps) in alignment with defined standards design patterns and security requirements

Enhance refactor and maintain existing Power Apps to improve usability performance and functionality

Translate business requirements into effective app designs screens data connections and logic

SharePoint Data Management (Primary Data Source)

Maintain and support SharePoint lists used as the primary data sources for Power Apps including columns data structures and metadata

Coordinate data structure changes with app flow and reporting needs to minimize downstream impact

Power Automate (Supporting Capability)

Create and maintain Power Automate flows that support Power Apps including approvals notifications and workflow automation

Enhance or troubleshoot existing flows to address performance reliability and error-handling issues

Collaboration & Governance Alignment

Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements validate solutions and incorporate feedback

Work closely with the lead Power Apps developer to align with platform standards reuse patterns and development best practices

Support documentation knowledge sharing and handoffs to ensure long-term solution supportability
