About the Company
Our client is a fast-scaling global luxury streetwear brand with an established and growing presence across the USA Europe and the Middle East. As the business continues to expand they are building the internal infrastructure to match and finance is at the core of that foundation.
About the Role
This is a hands-on senior accounting role for someone who is highly organized detail-obsessed and fully comfortable owning the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-moving company. Youll be the person who keeps the numbers clean the records tight and the reporting on time working independently and with full accountability over the function.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing and transaction recording
Perform regular reconciliation of invoices payments and accounts
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records with proper documentation
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Process and track payments ensuring timely execution
Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing procedures
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required

What Were Looking For
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience ideally within small to mid-sized companies
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and core accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Zoho or similar
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Self-directed reliable and solutions-focused
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and core accounting principles
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Zoho or similar
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
