Rosina Foods is hiring a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca facility. If youre passionate about team development quality and safetywe want to hear from you.

$80000 - $90000/year based on experience

What Youll Do:
Lead and support your team through daily production goals
Oversee scheduling equipment operations and shift transitions
Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments
Coach train and evaluate hourly associates
Promote a culture of safety cleanliness and food safety compliance
Collaborate across departments (Sanitation Quality Maintenance)
Use tools like Shop Logix Safety Chain and Corvium to support workflow and training
Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities
What You Bring:
23 years of supervisory experience ideally in food production
Strong leadership coaching and organizational skills
Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices
Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software
Bilingual or prior sanitation certification (CCP1/CCP2) is a plus
Work Environment:
Fast-paced food manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature changes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and lead by example on the floor.
