Salary Range: $164860.80 $238992 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced executive leader for the role of Vice President of Pharmacy Services to oversee pharmacy operations clinical excellence regulatory readiness and financial performance across multiple acute care facilities within a healthcare division.
This leadership role will collaborate closely with executive teams to drive pharmacy optimization strategies operational efficiency regulatory compliance and long-term strategic growth initiatives across a multi-site healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
Provide executive leadership for pharmacy operations clinical services compliance and cost management
Oversee pharmacy departments across multiple acute care facilities
Lead pharmacy expense reduction and operational improvement initiatives
Analyze purchasing trends utilization data and operational metrics to improve outcomes and efficiency
Develop and implement pharmacy business strategies and operational process improvements
Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness across all pharmacy operations
Build strong collaborative relationships with executive leadership facility stakeholders and clinical teams
Drive customer satisfaction operational excellence and quality improvement initiatives
Support strategic growth innovation and long-term pharmacy service development
Mentor and support pharmacy leadership teams across the division
Leadership Structure:
Oversees multiple Directors of Pharmacy (DOPs) across the division
Collaborates closely with divisional leadership and executive stakeholders
Reports directly to senior executive leadership
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
PharmD MBA or MS preferred
Licensure:
Active Pharmacist License required
Nevada Pharmacist License required
California Pharmacist License preferred
Must obtain additional state licensure within required timeframe if applicable
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy management experience required
Multi-site acute care leadership experience strongly preferred
Retail pharmacy backgrounds will not be considered
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong executive leadership presence and strategic decision-making abilities
Experience building collaborative relationships with executive leadership teams
Data-driven operational and financial management expertise
Proven ability to lead large-scale pharmacy operations across multiple facilities
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations pharmacy compliance and operational excellence initiatives
