Job Duties:
The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the planning development and operation of all activities within the pharmacy.
Creates and sustains a culture of continuous improvement in quality patient safety and pharmacy operations.
Manages the department ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws.
Provides supervision for other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; also serves as a working pharmacist for the facility.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
- Hospital experience preferred.
- Pharm D.
- Current WA State Pharmacist license required.
