Were looking for a senior finance professional who can operate as a modern business partnersomeone who can step into a complex high-value Property portfolio and drive financial clarity discipline strategic decision-making and value creation.
Youll work directly with senior leaders across Operations and Finance influencing capit
al investment decisions shaping long-term planning and lifting financial capability across the portfolio.

About the Role
As a Strategic Finance Business Partner you will take ownership of financial partnering across the Property portfolio (& Finance portfolio) with a focus on:
Leading financial planning budgeting forecasting and performance reporting
Driving capital planning investment analysis and business case evaluation
Providing commercial and strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders
Delivering deep financial modelling and insights to inform decision-making
Supporting project and program financial governance including CAPEX/OPEX oversight
Lifting financial literacy and capability across non-finance stakeholders
Contributing to transformation initiatives and evolving financial practices
This role sits at the intersection of strategy finance and operations. You are expected to influence outcomes.
What You Bring
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner / Advisor role within a large complex organisation
Strong track record of solving complex financial and business problems
Advanced capability in financial modelling analysis and reporting
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence
Experience working across multiple priorities in ambiguous environments
Strong communication skillsable to simplify complexity and drive action
Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives
