The Opportunity
A client in the R&D Tax Incentive space is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to generate new revenue and develop long-term client and referral partner relationships across European incentive markets.

This is a results-focused role designed for someone who can consistently create high-quality appointments and convert opportunities into closed business. You will lead business development for European Tax Incentives while also identifying cross-sell opportunities across our clients sister companies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across European incentive schemes including:

• R&D Tax Credits (Ireland Netherlands Germany)
• Irish R&D Incentives
• Knowledge Box

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closed client fees
Generate new leads via proactive outreach and referral partner engagement
Identify additional opportunities within existing clients for expanded services
Build and maintain strong relationships with accountants intermediaries and business owners
Position our client as the provider of choice in the European market
Maintain a structured prospect database to ensure consistent pipeline growth
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
Stay current on relevant legislation and emerging opportunities across European tax incentives
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal knowledge sharing

What Were Looking For

Proven business development experience within tax incentives financial advisory or professional services
Strong understanding of European R&D Tax Credits and incentive legislation
Demonstrated ability to generate leads secure appointments and convert revenue
Commercially astute with the ability to align services to operational and financial business challenges
Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior executives and decision-makers
Resilient target-driven and self-motivated
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative mindset across sales delivery and marketing teams
