As the Barception Manager of Comfort Hotel Xpress Tromsø youre managing a team of 15people who are working shifts 24/7 365 days a year.

Your to-do list as a Comfort Barception Manager:

• Welcome guests with a friendly no-nonsense approach setting the tone for a great stay
• Handle check-ins check-outs bookings and inquiries keeping the guest experience smooth and seamless
• Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations creating a connection that goes beyond the basics
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity working closely with colleagues to maintain Comforts effortless urban vibe
• Support your team with everything they need to do all of the above always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• Keep an eye on the numbers managing budgets and a balanced scoreboard to make sure the department runs profitably and sustainable
• Bring sustainability into everything we do helping us be a responsible player

As a Manager at Comfort Hotel you need to be proficient in both English and Norwegian.Additional language skills may be beneficial to your application.
