Job Summary

Main Responsibilities :
ü Develop the HR strategic plan and align it with the companys overall objectives.
ü Design and implement compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness competitiveness and financial sustainability.
ü Review promotion plans and succession planning for critical positions to ensure continuity and talent sustainability.
ü Develop and update internal HR policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations.
ü Supervise the preparation and execution of the HR budget including payroll recruitment training and other organizational activities.
ü Lead initiatives to improve the work environment and develop employee engagement and motivation programs that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
ü Represent the HR department before governmental and regulatory authorities regarding labor issues and inspections.
ü Additional tasks to be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in an HR supervisory role preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
