Job Title: RQ11078 UX Designer Senior
Client: Government Services Integration Cluster
Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
Location: 222 Jarvis Street Toronto Ontario
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
Description / Responsibilities / Skills
Responsibilities:
Create effective user friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience and iterate based on user testing.
Design user interfaces for various projects such as digital displays publications media and other materials.
Apply user-centered design approaches and rapidly iterate designs.
Conduct user research interviews and surveys and translate them into sitemaps user flows customer journey maps wireframes mockups and prototypes.
General Skills:
Experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance
Experience as a UX/UI/interactive designer for web and mobile applications
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
Understanding of web technologies and their limitations
Experience designing user-centric digital experiences
Experience conducting user research and translating into UX artifacts
Experience designing wireframes prototypes journeys across devices
Experience identifying design problems and solutions
Experience gathering user feedback
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of network security and protocols

Incorporate end-user feedback to improve solutions

Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle
Provide expertise in end-to-end design solutions
Create deliverables such as service blueprints journey maps wireframes research outputs
Develop UX/content strategies for digital products
Support product owners to deliver optimal digital experiences
