Description / Responsibilities / Skills
In this role you will:
Lead end-to-end service design initiatives that improve how digital credential products are delivered adopted and scaled across programs ministries and jurisdictions.
Plan facilitate and synthesize value stream mapping and service blueprinting sessions to identify gaps risks and opportunities.
Use data to validate service pain points inform prioritization and shape recommendations for secure and trusted digital interactions.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Champion user-centered service design within Agile environments.
Mentor teams and support maturity of service design practices.
Skills
Service Delivery & Service Design (30%)
Design service ecosystems across organizations and jurisdictions
Lead service design initiatives using journey mapping blueprinting prototyping
Conduct research across service channels
Define service KPIs and outcome measures
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions
Apply service design and digital service standards

Must Have:
- 7 years service design experience
- End-to-end UX/service design delivery
- Workshops research journey mapping prototyping
- Enterprise-level design thinking
