Job Title: Automation Test Lead Embedded
Pay Rate 60-65/hr on W2 max
Location : Chicago IL
Mode of Work : Hybrid (4 days office )
Customer : Royal Bank of Canada

JD:
- Typically 5-7 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or BS/BA or MBA/MS in computer science engineering information systems math or business.
- Knowledge of the SDLC testing concepts methodologies metrics automated testing frameworks and BMO documentation standards.
- Understanding of BMO applications and infrastructure components or Previous financial sector experience.
- Extensive experience creating Test Plans and Test Strategies.
- Problem solving skills including the ability to troubleshoot and identify problem areas throughout testing.
- Collaborate well with others. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy to understand terms.
- Able to analyze data and use testing metrics to highlight improvement opportunities.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
- Can lead hybrid teams Offshore Nearshore and Onsite
- Solid experience compiling and interpreting reports.

Seasoned use of Technology & Testing Tools like -
- HP ALM UFT Selenium TOSCA
- Confluence/Jira & Zephyr for Jira
- Test automation using UFT Postman SoapUI or similar tools
- Implementing automated tests with REST services
- Version control tools: Git or Bitbucket
- DB: Oracle or SQL Server. Knowledge in AWS and/or Cloud is a plus.
