Job Summary
Automation Engineer - Rockwell Focus
Max Supplier Bill Rate: $90
Location: On-site in Lebanon Indiana -remote not an option
Overtime: Not specified (Not expected)
Assignment duration: Initial 6 months (startup shakedown testing) potential extension 6 12 months
Top 3 must have s:
1. Strong experience with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs (ControlLogix FactoryTalk View)
2. Knowledge of vendor-packaged skids (Cytiva Sartorius Thermo-Fisher) and integration practices
3. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Unified Namespace architecture and Life Science experience especially in C&Q phase.
Job description:
Support Rockwell-based systems during equipment startup and troubleshooting.
Execute security tests and platform qualification for Rockwell PLCs and HMIs.
Assist with C&Q activities
Validate process and alarm data flow through MQTT broker.
Work closely with skid vendors for Rockwell system adjustments.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs (ControlLogix FactoryTalk View).
Knowledge of vendor-packaged skids (Cytiva Sartorius Thermo-Fisher) and integration practices.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Unified Namespace architecture.
Nice to Have: Siemens Proficy CopaData and Codeys experience. Project Code :
