Job Summary
Job Summary (Environment Management Engineer):
- Provide L1/L2 operational support for non-production (Development and QA) environments
- Fulfill service requests (e.g. access provisioning application restarts data refreshes batch job monitoring)
- Execute runbook-based operational tasks and routine health checks
- Monitor dashboards and alerts; troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary
- Support application teams during testing and deployment cycles
- Participate in knowledge transfer shadowing and hands-on enablement activities
- Maintain accurate ticket updates documentation and operational records
- Work scheduled shifts including weekends or extended hours as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure environment stability and operational efficiency
- Continuously learn new middleware platforms monitoring tools and automation technologies
- Communicate effectively with clear and thorough documentation
