Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customize and deploy business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform.
- Work extensively with Power Automate PowerApps and associated Power Platform solutions.
- Customize Dynamics CRM tables and user interfaces using no-code/low-code approaches.
- Implement custom functionality using JavaScript C# .NET CRM SDK and CRM Plugins.
- Utilize development tools such as Visual Studio XrmToolBox and Dynamics 365 CE WebAPI.
- Work with database platforms including SQL to support CRM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM and Power Platform in the banking/financial services domain.
- Strong experience with Power Automate PowerApps and Dynamics 365 customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript C# .NET CRM SDK CRM Plugins.
- Experience with development tools (Visual Studio XrmToolBox Dynamics 365 CE WebAPI).
- Skilled in SQL database platforms.
- Ability to deliver no-code/low-code solutions.
