- Serve as a Business Analyst supporting the Actimize Essentials Cloud environment within the BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) line of business.
- Support both project-based enhancements and break/fix production issues for the Actimize platform especially in the context of ongoing merger-related activities.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements to facilitate system improvements and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for project and support activities.
- Collaborate with IT business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple U.S. time zones.
- Support BSA/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) initiatives tied to the Actimize platform.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring clear communication and requirement alignment.
- Utilize strong understanding of BSA/AML processes and systems to deliver effective solutions.
- Demonstrate proven experience in stakeholder management and communication within a regulated financial services environment.
- Work remotely in a contract role for a minimum of 3 months with pay rate and visa restrictions open.
