Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative financial and operational functions. This role ensures efficient operations exceptional patient experiences strong financial performance and effective team management. The Business Operations Manager works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and other leaders to support organizational growth while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of patient intake teams to ensure efficiency productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Develop implement and improve operational policies procedures and workflows.
• Coordinate Information Technology management vendor relationships equipment maintenance and supply procurement
• Manage daily and monthly financial reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage across all functions.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and financial reporting.
• Experience supervising and developing staff.
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare practice management software.

Preferred

• Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) MBA or related field.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy rehabilitation or medical practice management.
