Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) Remote Oracle ERP UAT Lead
- Lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements
- Develop UAT strategies test plans scripts and acceptance criteria based on business requirements
- Oversee UAT execution including planning defect management and ensuring go-live readiness
- Guide train and support business users throughout UAT activities
- Validate Oracle ERP functionality across core modules and integrations
- Manage defect tracking and resolution using tools such as Jira
- Validate system integrations data conversions and reporting outputs
- Provide objective go/no-go recommendations based on test outcomes and risk assessments
- Produce clear and concise UAT status reports for project stakeholders
- Ensure UAT activities align with Agile or SDLC methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Maintain strong documentation and communication throughout the project
- Support UAT for ERP implementations upgrades or cloud migrations as needed
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading UAT for Oracle ERP (Cloud or EBS)
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules
- Proficiency in creating UAT test plans scripts and execution strategies
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing workforce solutions or similar service-based industries
- Knowledge of timekeeping payroll accounts payable and related workflows
- Oracle functional or testing certifications (Oracle Cloud EBS ISTQB)
- Experience supporting ERP cloud migrations upgrades or implementations
