Job Summary (List Format): Lead Data & AI Specialist
- Serve as architect of trust and accuracy for enterprise-wide analytical assets in the transportation sector.
- Lead the strategic design and operationalization of data models metadata frameworks and AI validation logic.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and business strategy ensuring intelligence outputs are explainable compliant and scalable.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality lineage and value realization across business domains.
- Develop and refine repeatable standards for data modeling documentation and stewardship for enterprise consistency.
- Evaluate and optimize analytical pipelines recommending enhancements to boost efficiency and data trust.
- Mentor and guide a team of specialists fostering technical growth and ensuring alignment with governance practices.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure all data and AI outputs meet regulatory and ethical requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive leadership translating governance needs into business value.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing agile or cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment.
