Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal neurological and orthopedic conditions.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients physical function and quality of life.
- Collaborate closely with physicians nurses and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home.
- Maintain a safe clean and positive clinical environment.
- Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility).
- Bachelor s Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
Floating Requirement: This position requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed within the clinician s scope of practice licensure and demonstrated competencies.
