Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements analyze business processes and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills SDLC knowledge and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder meetings workshops and requirement sessions
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Convert business needs into functional specifications for development teams
- Coordinate with business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support UAT deployment training and post-implementation activities
- Create reports dashboards process flows and project documentation
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA Excel Visio Tableau etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CBAP PMI-PBA or related BA certifications are a plus
