- Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions
- Effective communicator both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices
Preferred Requirements: - Challenges requirements open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes
- Results oriented able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately
- Ability to visualize new business processes across the organization
Responsibilities: - Support onsite training and support of SAP ECC migration to SAP S/4HANA
- Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process data analytics and controls within the sub-process area of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areas
- Serve as a link between baseline business leaders IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality throughout the project
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership
- Support adoption and change management as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed
- Provide deployment support
- Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)
