Key Responsibilities:
Support and lead sourcing activities for strategic and operational suppliers.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality delivery and performance objectives are met.
Select and integrate suppliers into product development programs through the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
Collaborate with engineering quality manufacturing and supply chain teams to support product launches and build events.
Lead supplier performance improvement and corrective action initiatives.
Facilitate supplier quality planning and validation activities.
Drive cost reduction and value improvement projects.
Support Supply Chain Integration (SCI) projects and manufacturing operations.
Analyze supplier cost quality and delivery data to identify improvement opportunities.
Resolve complex supplier and internal stakeholder issues through effective communication and negotiation.
Create maintain and improve reports databases and supply management systems.
