Director of Sales (NSO)

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients across hotels restaurants resorts and hospitality groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead negotiations prepare commercial proposals and close business deals.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance pipeline forecasts and market trends.
• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with operations marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews for senior management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 1015 years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in hospitality hotels restaurants travel or related service industries.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in business development key account management and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical forecasting and sales planning capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
