As a Senior Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ourRatingsdivision. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will directly contribute to the efficiency of our team enabling our analysts and executives to focus on delivering high-quality credit ratings and research. Responsibilities:
Coordination of schedules meetings and travel arrangementsfor senior staff and executives
Preparation and filing of documents reports and correspondence with attention to detailReceiving and attending to calls emails and visitors with fluent English communication
Support in the management of office purchases and supplies
Monitoring administrative processes and compliance with deadlines
Collaboration in the organization of internal events and activities
Providing administrative support thatdemonstratesunderstanding of team goals and organizationalobjectives
Taking initiative toidentifyand address administrative challenges proactively
All employeesare required towork from the office a minimum of 2 days per week
What Were Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 1-2 years of experience in adminsupportor similar administrative roles
Fluent Englishcommunication skills both written and verbal
Technical or university degree in Administration Secretarial Studies or related fields (preferred)
Proficiencyin office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management abilities withdemonstratedattention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Werequireall candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we canproceedto an offer
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Courses in office software communication or administrative management
Experience in customer service for internal and external clients
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience supporting senior executives or teams in a professional environment
Compensation/Benefits Information:
