We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in open-source technologies to support architecture design and modernization initiatives within a global technology environment.

You will work closely with engineering operations and business stakeholders to design scalable secure and maintainable solutions based on modern open-source ecosystems and distributed architectures.

You will

• Design end-to-end solutions using technologies such as Linux PostgreSQL Kafka Apache and related open-source frameworks
• Lead architecture decisions for new platforms and modernization projects
• Evaluate and integrate open-source tools frameworks and infrastructure components
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure secure and scalable delivery
• Prepare architecture documentation diagrams and technical roadmaps
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Support architectural governance security and compliance standards
• Stay up to date with emerging open-source technologies and industry trends

Must have

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect in open-source environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux and open-source application stacks
• Experience designing distributed systems microservices and APIs
• Experience with scripting automation and configuration management tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders across teams
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of monitoring logging and security tooling
• Experience with NoSQL RDBMS or streaming platforms
• Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub/GitLab)
• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
