The ASA Sales team drives commercial strategy customer engagement and execution excellence across the APAC region.
This role provides regional commercial strategy market analytics and demand synthesis across APAC to enable consistent highquality sales decisions aligned with Business Unit (BU) strategy and local execution.
The position serves as a strategic interface between APAC Sales and BUs translating multi ASA regional demand signals TAM/SAM analysis and competitive intelligence into actionable commercial guidance. With centralized regional market intelligence supports both ASA strategy and field execution.
Responsibilities:
APAC Demand & Commercial Input Synthesis
- Consolidate near mid and longterm demand signals across APAC sales organizations into a coherent regional view.
- Develop and maintain structured TAM/SAM models incorporating local market trends customer dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Integrate commercial guardrails (supply availability pricing discipline demand sustainability) to support disciplined sales decisionmaking.
- Provide datadriven insights to support sales strategy prioritization and leadership judgment.
APAC Product & Solution Sales Support
- Act as the primary sales interface to Business Units on APAC segment strategies and GTM priorities.
- Translate product and solution strategies into customerspecific commercial opportunities.
- Support APAC sales teams in early technical and commercial engagement enabling effective opportunity shaping.
- Drive crossfunctional alignment to ensure strategytoexecution consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Sales Business Development Account Management Commercial Strategy or Market Analytics.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Economics Marketing or related field.
- Proven ability to analyze market/demand data and synthesize insights for senior stakeholders.
- Strong crossfunctional communication skills in a matrixed regional organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or advanced degree in Business Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry particularly in regional strategy or market intelligence roles.
- Familiarity with TAM/SAM modeling demand aggregation and segmentbased GTM frameworks.
- Background in B2B or technical solution environments with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate product value.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with executivelevel communication skills.
