掌握行业发展方向和热点清晰了解KA客户的需求制定可持续可执行的医院管理策略打造非临管理生态圈
与业务部门紧密合作协同KA经理共同完成KA客户管理目标推动非临客户管理优化
与行业专家行业机构保持定期的合作与交流为公司创造良好的外部环境
掌握公司最新政策流程和合规要求独立完成大中型医院管理活动项目的整体运作

能力要求

Around 5 years working experience in MNC preferred in Pharma or Device related industry
Experience with Marketing Sales or KA Management especially marketing experience with non-clinical stakeholders is preferred
Good communication skills and cross functional cooperation
Mature personality prioritization skills and pay attention to details

性格踏实稳重耐心细心具备一定的优先级规划能力

Fast learning and good team player
