About This Role

Enabled Energy is seeking a Technical Sales Manager.

The roleis responsible forpartneringwith existing customers to deliver technically complex data center solutions. You will work as atrusted advisor toCsuiteand senior technical leadership translating businessobjectives into scalable andfutureready data center programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • LeadCleveland senior technical stakeholder engagements articulating complex data center concepts (power cooling resiliency scalability sustainability) in clear business and financial terms.
  • Architectcustomendtoenddata center solutions integrating infrastructure design deployment strategies operational models and lifecycle planning tailored to each clients requirements.
  • Developmultiyear data center strategies aligned to growth forecasts capacity planning risk mitigation and evolving technology platforms.
  • Partner with engineering delivery and operations teams on recommended solutions.
  • Translate customer business drivers intotechnical requirements and implementation plans ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prospect into existing accounts to uncover new buyers departments and opportunities
  • Provide value propositions and business casesthat clearlydemonstrateROI performance improvements and risk reduction for executive audiences.

Required Capabilities

  • Proven ability tosell complex technical solutionstoCsuiteexecutives and seniordecisionmakers.
  • Strong background indata center infrastructure program design andlargescaletechnical delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience building custom solutions and strategic roadmaps rather than offering offtheshelf implementations.
  • Ability to bridgetechnical depth and executive communication influencing outcomes across both business and engineering audiences.

Success In This role

Success in this role requiresexceptional time management organization and prioritization along with the ability to run complex longcycle opportunities whilemaintainingsteady prospecting activity.

  • Own and grow a defined book of business
  • Build multithreaded relationships across technical financial and executive stakeholders
  • Drive opportunity progression from earlystage (ESP) to latestage (LSP)
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline
  • Balance strategic pursuits with consistent daytoday execution

Travel Expectations
Up to 70% of the time across the US and Canada

EducationandExperience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (10 years relevant experience may substitute)
  • 7years of experiencein data centerrelated sales engineering or services
  • Active relationships with data center operators or owners
