We are looking for an architect who drives and upholds our standards provides proofof concepts and help guide our teams by sharing and communicating our architectural this role you arent just designing systems; you are a technical evangelist. You will bridge thegap between complex legacy systems and modern intelligent workflows. You will be responsible for defining Software Architectural Patterns that leverage cloud-native serviceswhile leading the charge in helping engineering teams adopt and integrate AI/ML capabilities to optimize both our products and our internal development ideal candidate thrives on clarity producing concise documentation and visual diagrams that distill complex technical visions into actionable roadmaps for both engineers and Responsibilities AI Strategy & Workflow Integration: Help engineering teams adopt AI-driven workflows (e.g. AI-assisted coding automated testing and LLM integration) to increase velocity and system intelligence. Architectural Leadership: Provide design guidance and oversee the transition of legacy enterprise services into modern microservices or serverless cloud environments ensuring adherence to high-availability and scalability patterns. Technical Evangelism & Communication: Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering. You must convey complex technical thoughts with brevity and clarity ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the why behind the how. Documentation & Visualization: Produce high-impact concise documentation for solutions. You will maintain and update enterprise diagrams using the C4 Model to ensure a shared mental map of our ecosystem. Domain Expertise: Synthesize and become an authority on our converging SaaS platforms providing pragmatic guidance on domain modeling and system boundaries. Full-Stack Quality Advocacy: Provide hands-on guidance through different types of reviews ensuring that Java implementations follow modern design patterns. Mentor teams on DevOps excellence and production stability. Innovation & Prototyping: Conduct R&D and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies specifically focusing on scaling bottlenecks and AI/ML Technical Requirements Modern Development: 5 years of experience in Java (Core) server-side stacks with a deep understanding of full-stack ecosystems. Cloud Architecture: 3 years in an Architect role designing SaaS solutions in AWS with mastery of distributed systems and event-driven architecture using AWS services. AI/ML Fluency: Demonstrated understanding of how to integrate AI/LLMs into software workflows and product features (e.g. RAG patterns vector databases or AIassisted SDLC tools). Infrastructure & Orchestration: Hands-on experience with DockerRancher Kubernetes (K8s) and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab GitHub Actions). Data Strategy: Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL environments (Cassandra DynamoDB RedisElastiCache) and messaging/streaming technologies (Kafka/MSK AMQP). Performance and Bottleneck experience within distributed systems in mass communicationsStrategic & Soft Skills Visual Communication: Mastery of the C4 Model for software architecture documentation. Pragmatic Design: Deep knowledge of Actor Patterns Pub/Sub methodology and SOLID principles applied to containerized microservices. Collaborative Influence: Ability to mentor senior engineers while effectively communicating limitations and research findings to non-technical business leaders. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical Success Looks Like1. Clarity: Teams understand the expectation and vision of the Architecture group2.
