Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Architect  to provide guidance on data management taxonomy design and consultative support for enterprise customers. This role is critical in helping customers establish and maintain clean product analytics data enabling them to understand and drive their products forward.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is solution- and execution-oriented and has a strong curiosity for how things work and how things should work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
  • Provide expertise in Amplitude data architecture instrumentation methods taxonomy design and AI agent workflows.
  • Unlock use cases and guide internal and partner delivery teams.
  • Embed AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and customer outcomes; experiment iterate and share best practices.
  • Be an expert in the Digital Optimization System guiding customers to integrate Amplitude into broader workflows and business processes.
  • Gather organize and report customer insights to optimize documentation services and business processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering Platform Support and Customer Success teams to streamline processes and improve the customer data experience.

 


    Qualifications :

    Required Skills

    • Amplitude Expertise: Data architecture taxonomy design instrumentation and AI workflows.
    • Programming Proficiency: SQL JavaScript Java Python Android iOS.
    • API Knowledge: RESTful APIs and integration workflows.
    • Data Governance: Ensuring clean reliable analytics data.
    • Consultative Skills: Enterprise engagement communication and problem-solving.
    • AI Workflow Integration: Embedding AI into customer workflows for efficiency.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5 years of customer-facing technical experience with proven success engaging enterprise accounts.
    • Prior SaaS experience in domains such as product analytics digital marketing A/B testing BI CDPs data warehouses/pipelines or integration partners.
    • Strong execution and customer service orientation; able to prioritize and deliver outcomes on time.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving mentality and positive attitude toward change in a rapidly growing company.
