Deputy Nurse Manager
Salary: 47632
Hours: 40 hours per week

As Deputy Nurse Manager youll work alongside a passionate management team playing a key part in leading the staff supporting high-quality care and keeping the home running smoothly.

- A Registered Nurse (NMC Pin essential) with experience in a leadership or management role
- Experience within a nursing home setting and a strong understanding of dementia and general nursing care.
- Excellent communication decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- A compassionate and proactive leader who can inspire and support a team to deliver outstanding care.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of clinical practice.

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of person-centred care ensuring dignity respect and compassion remain at the heart of all practices.
- Lead and support staff with training development and revalidation processes.
- Manage clinical governance and ensure high-quality documentation and reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with residents their families and external professionals to enhance the quality of care.
