Lead Access Controls Technician

Job Summary
Responsibilities
Install configure and troubleshoot access control systems including card readers door controllers and credential management platforms
Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling associated with access control infrastructure
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with project managers and engineers
Complete installation documentation and quality assurance reports
Perform system testing and commissioning upon project completion
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience installing and servicing access control systems
Familiarity with industry-recognized platforms (Lenel Software House Genetec Honeywell or similar)
Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination practices
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Must be able to read write speak and understand English and perform basic math
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Able to lift up to 60 lbs work in confined spaces at heights and in varying temperatures
Verifiable experience and character references required
