Job Summary
Role: Site Manager
Client: Leading Residential & Commercial Developer
Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or Construction Management; 2 years experience as a Site Manager in Ireland.
Location: Wexford
Salary:85000 - 90000

- Oversee day-to-day site operations managing construction teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of works
- Manage and monitor the project programme including short-term planning and tracking progress against key milestones
- Coordinate design reviews and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout all project stages
- Ensure all works are completed in line with quality standards building regulations and project specifications
- Take responsibility for site health & safety fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring full compliance with regulations
- Track and manage commercial performance including subcontractor packages cost control and procurement activities
- Lead site meetings driving coordination resolving issues and maintaining project momentum
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders service providers and local authorities to support project delivery
- Provide strong leadership to site teams including delegation mentoring and performance management
