Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally assessing their needs related to vehicle body repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair processes timelines and costs to customers.
- Coordinate work flow between the customer insurance companies and body shop technicians.
- Track repairs and update customers regularly on the status of their vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of repair orders and customer interactions.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with insurance adjusters and shop technicians.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
