Job Summary
Position Overview The Travel Advisor provides personalized trip planning services for clients by recommending destinations coordinating travel arrangements and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to create seamless memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals preferences and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations accommodations transportation options tours and activities.
- Book and manage travel arrangements including flights hotels cruises vacation packages and car rentals.
- Prepare accurate itineraries travel documentation and destination requirements.
- Monitor reservations and communicate schedule changes travel updates or disruptions.
- Provide timely assistance to clients before and during travel to resolve concerns or unexpected issues.
- Maintain organized client records booking details and communication logs.
- Stay informed on travel trends supplier promotions and destination guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and industry partners.
