Were looking for a Training Administrator to join the team at ATCO Gas based at our Jandakot office. If your someone who enjoys being organised staying a step ahead and making sure the right people are trained at the right time in the right way.
Youll play a supporting role in keeping our workforce capable compliant and safe assisting the Program Lead coordinating training across employees and field contractors. Its a role where the detail really matters and where your work has a direct impact on operations.
A bit about the role
This is a part-time opportunity (nominating 3 days per week between Tues and Fri) ideal if youre looking for flexibility while still being part of a connected supportive team.
What youll get to do
- Coordinate training activities across employees and field contractors - scheduling logistics and everything in between
- Support the annual training program and calendar (booking sessions liaising with providers aligning availability of all involved)
- Prepare training materials and assessment packs so sessions run smoothly
- Maintain and securely store training records within electronic systems (Student Management Systems) keeping them accurate and up to date to specific timeframes
- Be a support for various managers Supervisors and Contractors who need guidance on training requirements

- Experience in admin or coordination (training environment a bonus)
